Yes, we offer courtesy holds of 72 hours with no financial obligations.
Are there weekly rates?
All our rates are pro-rated on a nightly basis.
Is it possible to add additional guests later?
Yes, if there are sufficient bedrooms in your villa. A per guest or per bedroom charge will be an additional costs. Usually $50.00 per person/per day.
Is there a minimum night stay?
Yes, depending on the season and the villa owners. There is usually a minimum between 3-5 nights. During peak holiday periods, minimums are usually in the vicinity of 7/nights.
What is the cost to rent a villa?
There are villas for every budget. We offer villas starting from around $250/night to $15,000/night and everything in between.
Is the price of the villa or condo per person?
All prices are for the entire villa or condo rental. Rental rates are listed as per night. Unoccupied bedrooms are closed and never rented out to other guests.
What are some extra expenses (e.g. travel from airport to villa)?
The villa rental does not include food and beverage costs, transportation, activities, tax or gratuities.
Is the photo in this link the exact villa we would be staying in along with the views etc.?
Yes. All of our villas have their own pictures that represent that exact property.
If our villa does not have a cook – Can we hire a cook?
Yes, most of our villas have the option of adding cook services where none are included.
Is there a daily meal charge?
The villa cook along with the staff is included in the nightly rate. All our luxury villa rentals include a cook who will prepare two meals per day – Breakfast/Lunch or Breakfast/Dinner. Your cook will do all food/beverage shopping and submit receipts for reimbursement. We estimate the cost of food/beverages to be $25.00 to $30.00 per person per day depending on your menu selection.
How are groceries purchased?
Each villa will have menus for you to make your food selection.
The villa cook will be happy to assist you. She will do all the food and beverages shopping and submit receipts to you for reimbursement.
Is the maid included?
Yes, maid service in included in our two bedroom villas. All three bedroom villas and larger have Full Staff Services which includes a houseman, cook and maid service in the nightly rate.
Do you offer discounted weekly rates?
Discounts are at the discretion of the property owner and we will advertise when they are being offered. Discounts may also be considered for stays longer than 14 nights and will be evaluated on a case by case basis.
How much privacy will we have around the property?
Most of our luxury villa rentals are located in exclusive residential areas. Often with land and tropical palm tress providing a buffer. Some smaller villas may be attached but remain private for you and your guests only.
Are the villas equipped with air-conditioning?
That depends on the location and the time of year you are renting the villa. Some villas may have central air conditioning. All villas have air conditioning in bedrooms. Please refer to the appropriate villa page for exact information.
Are there any restrictions regarding children?
That depends on the villa owner and its location. Some owners may place age restrictions or ask for Liability Waivers. Please refer to the appropriate villa page for exact information.
How far is the beach? Walking distance?
That depends on the villa. The beach may be private and right outside your door, a short drive away, or a short walk.
Is there any night life? How far away?
Puerto Vallarta has an upbeat nightlife. Many of our luxury villa rentals are located in exclusive neighborhoods with the intent on providing maximum privacy. Many are just five minutes by taxi into downtown Puerto Vallarta. You may also rent a villa close to town and restaurants.
Who would be our contact for anything we may need while we are there?
All villas have houseman and a property manager that will assist you with any special requests during your stay.

No. Refunds are only given if the villa is rendered unlivable or if there are restrictions of entry.
How do I arrange for transportation?
We offer our clients a full concierge service which can assist you with any requests. Private transportation to and from the airport is available and arranged by the concierge before you travel.
Will it be possible to renew our wedding vows? Can you help with arrangements?
