His impressive background includes working at five-star restaurants such as Prego’s of Beverly Hills, Rebecca’s of Venice Beach, Rex IL Ristorante of Los Angeles and I Cugini of Santa Monica.
Chef Nicholas lives just outside of Sayulita on a ranch where he grows several of the organic ingredients used in his entrée dishes at Don Pedro’s. The restaurant is known throughout the area for use of all fresh local ingredients.
