Riverfest 9 Vallarta Music Festival Feb 29th & March 1st, 2020
The countdown is on for Puerto Vallarta’s 9th Annual Riverfest! Set to be held on Saturday, February 29 and Sunday, March 1, 2020, at El Rio BBQ, Riverfest 9 promises a fantastic weekend of live entertainment from some of Banderas Bay’s best musicians, along with fabulous food and fun, while benefitting the special needs children of Puerto Vallarta.
With doors opening at 12 noon and the party continuing until 7:00 pm on both days, a star-studded lineup of musicians will entertain you throughout the weekend as you enjoy the natural beauty of El Rio BBQ’s excellent riverside location for a $100 pesos per day donation at the gate – plus refreshment costs.
Make plans now to come out and dance to the music of 13 local bands, enjoy fabulous food provided by El Rio BBQ, Barcelona Tapas and Porto Bello, bid for fabulous items in the silent auction, try your luck in the 50/50 raffles, or browse through the artisan market – all for a good cause!
Event proceeds go to Pasitos de Luz – a wonderful organization with very minimal resources that provides loving care and therapy to children with acute physical and psychological illnesses. Your support enables them to offer love, support, and rehabilitation to the special children of Puerto Vallarta and its surrounding areas.

SATURDAY, FEBRUARY 29th – Choose from reserved seating and gate entry options. You can pay $100 pesos at the gate, grab available seating, and purchase food and drink – or – you can buy individual patron tickets for $900 pesos each or a patron table for 8 people for $6600 pesos. Patron ticket benefits include: gate entry, one welcome margarita or beer, free appetizers, one trip through the buffet, unlimited non-alcoholic drinks (sodas and water) throughout the day, and preferred reserved seating.

SUNDAY, MARCH 1st – Once again we will have both reserved seating and gate entry options. You can pay $100 pesos at the gate and grab available seating and purchase food from our menu separately – or – you can take advantage of our group of 4 patrons rate of $2500 pesos. A table of four will get gate entry, one welcome margarita or beer, reserved seating, family-style parrillada meal for four delivered to your table at a set hour with choices of 1-2 pm, 2-3 pm, 3-4 pm or 4-5 pm. Each time frame will only have a limited number of tickets to ensure that you’ll be served within the one hour period you reserved.
